Eiropas aizsardzības uzņēmumu akcijas trešdien pieauga pēc tam, kad ievēlētais ASV prezidents Donalds Tramps otrdien preses konferencē Mar-a-Lago atkārtoti apstiprināja savu nostāju par NATO izdevumu palielināšanu un uzsvēra Grenlandes stratēģisko nozīmi.
Leonardo SpA akcijas pieauga par 4,8%, Rheinmetall AG pieauga par 6,1%, SAAB AB pieauga par 3,8%, Kongsberg Gruppen ASA pieauga par 2,9% pusdienlaika tirdzniecības laikā Eiropā, tirgiem reaģējot uz spekulācijām, ka Trampa komentāri varētu piespiest Eiropas valstis būtiski palielināt aizsardzības budžetu.
Tramps izpēta NATO izdevumus
Tramps dubultoja savu ilgstošo kritiku NATO sabiedrotajiem par nepietiekamu ieguldījumu aliansē. Viņš atkārtoti uzsvēra, ka pašreizējais NATO 2% no IKP izdevumu kritērijs ir nepietiekams, liekot domāt, ka mērķim vajadzētu būt daudz augstākam.
Tramps apgalvoja, ka lielāks procents nodrošinātu labāku militāro gatavību un taisnīgāku finansiālās atbildības sadali starp NATO sabiedrotajiem.
“Tajā brīdī tie bija 2%, tiem vajadzētu būt 5%… nevis 2%,” viņš sacīja, uzsverot nepieciešamību pēc lielākas militārās gatavības un taisnīga finansiālā ieguldījuma starp dalībvalstīm.
Preses konferencē Tramps arī stāstīja par saviem iepriekšējiem centieniem nodrošināt palielinātu NATO finansējumu.
“Es savācu vairāk nekā 680 miljardus dolāru (652 miljardus eiro), sakot, ka, ja jūs nemaksāsit, mēs jūs neaizsargāsim. Un tiklīdz es to pateicu, nauda nāca iekšā,” viņš teica.
NATO dalībvalstis samaksāja 2024. gadā
Saskaņā ar NATO jaunāko ziņojumu 2024.gads iezīmēja rekordlielu militāro izdevumu atbilstību, jo 23 no 31 alianses dalībvalsts sasniedza 2% no iekšzemes kopprodukta (IKP) mērķi.
Polija bija Eiropas bloka vadībā ar militārajiem izdevumiem 4,1% apmērā no IKP, bet Igaunija un Latvija sekoja attiecīgi ar 3,4% un 3,1%.
Tomēr dažas valstis, tostarp Itālija, Portugāle, Spānija, Slovēnija, Horvātija un Beļģija, joprojām ir zem 2% līmeņa. Izņemot Beļģiju, visas NATO dalībvalstis vismaz 20% no sava aizsardzības budžeta atvēlēja ekipējumam, ievērojot alianses vadlīnijas.
Grenlande – “valsts drošības” prioritāte
Pārvēršot uzmanību uz Grenlandi, Tramps uzsvēra tās nozīmi ASV nacionālajā drošībā, atsaucoties uz pieaugošo Krievijas un Ķīnas militāro aktivitāti Arktikā.
“Mums ir vajadzīga Grenlande valsts drošības nolūkos,” viņš teica. “Ja [Dānijai] [ir likumīgas tiesības], viņiem no tām būtu jāatsakās, jo mums tas ir vajadzīgs valsts drošībai.”
Lai gan konkrēti priekšlikumi netika atklāti, Tramps izteica iespēju Dānijai noteikt bargus tarifus, lai pārrunātu Grenlandes statusa nonākšanu strupceļā.
Dānija simboliski atbildēja uz šiem izteikumiem, karalim Frederikam atjauninot karaļa ģerboni, lai tajā redzami attēlotu Grenlandi, atkārtoti apstiprinot karalistes suverenitāti pār šo teritoriju.
