4 olas un milti
300 g majonēzes
2 tējk cepamo pulveri un 150 g šķiņķa un siera.
Pagatavošana:
Samaisīt olu, cepamo pulveri, majonēzi un miltus. Mīklai jābūt krējuma konsistencē. Sagriežam šķiņki. Sieru sarīvējam uz rīves. Uzlejam pusi mīklas uz formas. Uzkaisam pa virsu šķiņķi un uzlejam otru pusi mīklas. Uzkaisam sieru pa virsu. Liekam cepties 180 grādu karstumā apmēram uz pusstundu.
